I forgot my Wi-Fi password — what now?

First, check the sticker or label on your router — many routers show the default Wi-Fi name and password there.

Also check any installation notes or messages we sent you when you got connected.

If you still can’t find it, or a device says the password is wrong:

• Make sure you are choosing the correct network name
• Watch for uppercase and lowercase letters
• WhatsApp us if you need us to help you further
